Formica Singapore at SingaPlural 2018

Formica Singapore joined forces with PRODUCE workshop studio to showcase innovative ways of using laminate products at SingaPlural 2018 at National Design Centre on March 5-18. SingaPlural is an annual design event that has been held under the umbrella of Singapore Design Week since 2012. This year’s event comes with the theme ‘A State in Play’, emphasizing the state of work before design begins – offering a platform for designers to explore new opportunities within design and experiment unique design approaches without fear of failure and waste. Taking over the central pavilion at SingaPlural 2018, FORMICA FOR MORE by Formica X PRODUCE featured new and creative ways of using laminate products at the pavilion structure itself, the display table, umbrella stands, and the legs of tables and chairs. These new ways of using laminate products were very well received and expanded the audience’s perception of laminate products to the next level.
