We have a targeted approach to learning and development, working with teams to understand what development they need and also create an environment where discussions on career and personal development happen regularly.

Strong leadership is key to us as we continue to go through changes. Our in house training includes Branching Out which aims to support leaders who are navigating challenging market conditions, in a real and pragmatic way. Branching Out brings business leaders together to explore new ways of doing business. We also support our people with access and support to external leadership and other courses with recognised external qualifications.

As a manufacturing business, we are 100% committed to achieving a safe and healthy work environment for everyone. We do this by providing a large range of work-based learning courses for job-specific skills, plus a range of Health and Safety training for our core safety systems and processes.
