FORMICA THAILAND UNVEILS ITS FLAGSHIP SHOWROOM IN THE HEART OF BANGKOK

New showroom showcases captivating product applications in a welcoming coworking space spanning over 400 square metres.

Bangkok, Thailand, 12 September 2023 - Formica Thailand is thrilled to announce the grand opening of its flagship showroom at A Square, Sukhumvit 26 diagonally opposite K Village and near Phrom Phong BTS station, with the aim to facilitate and inspire design enthusiasts, professionals and homeowners to achieve their designs and let their imaginations take form. Designed by Thailand’s renowned design company, That’s ITH Interior, the showroom boasts a sleek and modern design with glass walls that exude a bright and welcoming ambience. 

Upon entering, visitors will find six prominent company pillars displaying Formica’s strong network of sister companies under the Broadview Holding Group. One of the showroom’s centrepieces is the transparent FENIX meeting room near the entrance, accentuated by the stunning 0750 Verde Comodoro meeting table, stylish furniture backdrops and avant-garde lighting fixtures. Visitors can also view and touch full sheet FENIX innovative materials. These extremely matt and soft touch surfaces come with other distinctive features including low-light reflectivity and anti-fingerprint. Thermal-healing of superficial micro-scratches is also possible. 

With spacious interiors illuminated by vibrant downlights that can change colours to create different moods, the showroom includes stylish product display areas. These displays showcase the INCANTO collection and DecoMetal collection, allowing visitors to pull out full sheet laminates to explore their intricate details and patterns while engaging in design discussions at nearby tables. 

A highlight of the showroom is the grand FENIX kitchen in 0751 Rosso Jaipur, featuring smart kitchen cabinets and drawers, and the FENIX integrated sink. This section highlights the stylish design of FENIX with its functionality. 

At the centre of the showroom, visitors will find discussion tables complemented by a stylish backdrop of sleek white panels of Formica laminate full sheet laminates. The product sample area is conveniently located adjacent to the discussion area, creating an ideal space for designers to mix and match materials, create design mood boards, and bring their design concepts to life. 

The showroom comes with a mezzanine floor that showcases real-life applications of Formica laminates in replica settings of a bedroom, a living room, a walk-in wardrobe, and an executive office. Additionally, the showroom houses workstations for Formica’s marketing and sales staff who take turns to work at the new establishment, making it a lively ambience suitable for discussing design ideas.
