NEW Naturelle Finish Collection
Dry waxed wood is a trend forward look that is both clean and modern. The Naturelle Finish imparts a soft buffed finish that accentuates the natural beauty of real wood. It is the first woodgrain finish combining low gloss with subtle ticking. Naturelle is available on 10 designated woodgrains - Maple Woodline, Smoky Walnut Woodline, Wenge Woodline, Cherry Woodcut, Mahogany Woodcut, Natural Cane, Zebrano, Ebony, Latte Walnut and Macchiato Walnut.
NEW MicroDot Finish Collection
A growing interest in trendy solid colors is paralleling the exploration of micro-textural details used on perforated metals, fabrics and screens. MicroDot is a low-sheen finish with subtle concave circles arranged in a tight grid formation. MicroDot is available on six existing solid colors - Sail White, Black, White, Oxygen, Grasshopper and Pumpkin; and ten new solid colors - Peaceful Blue, Steel, Dark Chocolate, Lime, Neon Yellow, Vibrant Green, Organic Green, Grenadine, Sol and Cassis.
NEW Formica Classics Collection
When people think of Formica® Brand Laminate they think of their grandmother's kitchen, where whimsical tri-colored boomerangs or energetic criss-cross designs danced across the countertop and dinette set. Today, Formica Corporation is bringing back the kitchy-cool high pressure laminate (HPL) that came to be known as Boomerang along with a European classic VirrVarr, another 50s HPL favorite. Boomerang designs include Skylark, a light, powdery blue; Aqua, a trendy spa-like water color; Coral, a rich retro red; and Charcoal, a warm gray with contrasting tones of white and black. VirrVarr designs include VirrVarr Light Blue and VirrVarr White.
NEW Artisan Finih Collection
A look reminiscent of the hand-rubbed, oiled finish used by craftsmen to produce fine wood furniture. Available only for selected Woodgrain Collection items including on new Choco Figured Mahogany and Mokka Figured Mahogany.

Patterns
New designs for 2005 are graphic, modern patterns that are an optimistic break from the organic trend. These join a collection that now totals 152 unique designs in the Patterns Collection and 26 in the Formations Collection.
Plastique has a large-scale, unique pattern with three-dimensional depth that challenges the eye to believe that the surface is not flat in the new Glass Plastique, Electric Plastique and Orange Pop Plastique
Multicolored pixels blend to create energetic yet serviceable optical solids in the new Atomic patterns - Atomic Orange and Atomic Turf.
A line extension of the popular Metal Earth and Metal Ocean patterns introduced in 2003, the new Metal Sun and Metal Sky continue to bring the elements together, this time above the horizon.
Extremely versatile, the new Spa patterns are reminiscent of calm water, concrete and fine sand with Blue Spa, Lava Spa and Mineral Spa.
Color Portfolio
Ten new solid colors for 2005 ranging from neutral, functional basics to bright, vibrant colors. These join a spectrum of solid colors that now totals 46.
Soft and neutral new colors include Peaceful Blue, which is a modern periwinkle, Organic Green, a natural and usable green , and Steel, a cool gray infl uenced by water and spa colors.
Bright colors cross the threshold from serene to shocking with new, fresh green hues such as Neon Yellow, Vibrant Green and Lime.
Used as an accent or an impact color, new warm bright colors include Grenadine, a punchy red, and Sol, a golden yellow.
Deep, rich colors such as Dark Chocolate, influenced by leather and exotic woods, and Cassis, named for the purple-hued liqueur with an intense fruitiness, impart a new level of luxury.

Modern and engineered, the Woodline series reflects the growing popularity of reconstituted wood. A new twist on the straight grain, this refined, thin line wood becomes the base for contemporary looks with Maple Woodline, Smoky Walnut Woodline and Wenge Woodline.
A thicker reconstituted wood, the Woodcut series has a classic straight grain cut that is styled in more traditional, rich wood colors as in the new Cherry Woodcut and Mahogany Woodcut
Inspired by sun-dried bamboo, Natural Cane is light with golden tones. A line extension of the trend-forward cane series of various vertical cut bamboo looks.
The lightly planked Walnut series has elegant half-cathedrals and delicate grain and ticking. Walnut, once a classic furniture color in the 1970s, has been modernized in the new Latte Walnut and Macchiato Walnut.
Striped exotic woods from Africa are rare and expensive, making the Zebrano and Ebony laminates a perfect choice to add drama to any interior.
Beautiful large-scale burls are highly visible in the new Choco Figured Mahogany and Mokka Figured Mahogany. The Artisan finish is standard on these woodgrains and brings out the depth of pattern and color.

The Honed Finish Collection
A low-sheen satin finish with subtle surface clefts and crevices that mimic softly brushed stone. A soft and natural Honed Finish imparts warmth and character perfectly enhancing Travertine, Slate and river-washed Granite. This exclusive finish is unique to Formica Brand Laminate. The collection has been expanded for 2005 to include additional slate and stone looks - Colorado Slate, Lime Stone, Sand Stone, Cotta Stone, Concrete Stone and Alaskan Slate.
The Etchings Finish Collection
A softly polished and etched surface dappled with highlights from tiny fissures reminiscent of those found in real granite and stone. New designs for 2005 include Blackstone, Black Faux Marble, White Onyx, Travertine, Portico Marble and Tuscan Marble.
The Sparkle Finish Collection
A small-scale textured finish that imparts a brighter, more durable surface.
Corrugation
A uniquely textured, linear matte finish that mimics corrugated cardboard or straight grain woods. Four new stocked patterns for 2005 include Rattan Cane, Cardboard Solidz, Chalk Solidz and Storm Solidz. Available only as a factory order. Available as a factory order on all other Formica Color Portfolio, Patterns and Woodgrains.
Weave
A slightly raised, intricate texture reminiscent of fine hand-woven fibers. Available only as a factory order.
Artisan
A look reminiscent of the hand-rubbed, oiled finish used by craftsmen to produce fine wood furniture. Available only for selected Woodgrain Collection items including new for 2005 - Choco Figured Mahogany and Mokka Figured Mahagony.
Matte
A finish that imparts a warm, pleasing effect that enhances the beauty of color and produces a greater clarity of depth.
Quarry Sand

A chemical-resistant laminate available in 16 colors and patterns, Formica Chemtop is resistant to a variety of harsh chemicals and strong cleaning agents that may damage ordinary melamine surface s. Typical applications include lab benches, tabletops and other work surfaces in chemical, medical, scientific, pathogenic and photographic laboratories. Available in forming grade (A3) as well as, ½-inch, ¾-inch and 1-inch Compact Structural Laminate.

Formica Brand Fire-Rated Laminate meets Class 1 (A) flame spread ratings and is available in a selection of solid colors, patterns and woodgrains.
Formica© Brand Compact Structural Laminate (Thick Phenolic)
Compact Structural Laminate has exceptional strength that allows the product to be used as a structural material. Uses include toilet, office and locker partitions as well as countertops and work surfaces and other assemblies requiring high strength and resistance to impact, water and humidity. Formica Brand Compact Structural Laminate is available in thicknesses up to one inch, with decorative surfaces on one or both sides - up to ? -inch. It can be drilled, sanded, shaped and cut with standard carbide-tipped tools.
